We offer a variety of massage modalities for you to choose from. Whether you're an athlete or an office worker we will customize your massage to meed your specific needs at the time.
Please review the massage options to find the best fit for you. No matter which type of massage you choose, the pricing is the same.
Pregnancy Massage - 2nd & 3rd trimesters only.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Immune boosting massage. Very light pressure. Shown to be effective at reducing cellulite.
Swedish Massage - Relaxation massage. Light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage - Therapeutic massage. Medium and deep pressure, plus trigger points.
Myofascial Release - Focus on releasing bound fascia. Deep lateral pressure, plus cross-fiber and circular friction.
Corporate Massage - Table massage done in your office. Only $1 per minute.
Sports Masssage - Deep pressure, kneading, and stretching.
Auto Accident Rehab - NMT medical massage billed to your auto insurance company. This is billed in 15-minute units. Please fill out the auto accident form to see if you qualify.
Cancer Massage - Very light pressure, a lot of work on hands and feet. Focus on increasing circulation and well-being.
